- Create initial framework, design and code software implementation for clients
- Support migration projects, configuring & developing the migration tools based on
current client platforms - Analyze, test, and develop existing applications to meet client internal needs
- Replicate issues and optimize client software
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems, Software Design, or IT preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant software industry experience (Java: 1 year preferred / Enterprise software: 1 year preferred)
- Experience in the design and coding of complex software
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming & iOS/OSX
- Experience with relational databases and database/server administration
(UNIX/Linux) - Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of a scripting language (e.g. PHP, JavaScript)
- Open to travel to Germany for training or yearly meetings
- Quick learner, self-motivated, efficient multi-tasker, and team player
- Interest in Manufacturing, Aviation, Finance, Life Science industries is a plus

Planisware Implementation Consultant
Work Location: Remote

50% of your time will be allocated to mentoring / managing a team of developers. This will involve:
- Mentoring and guiding a team of ~ 8 developers to design, code, and test
configuration in Planisware - Providing more general feedback and technical development advice through code
reviews - Improving and refining our current set of systems and procedures for executing
development tasks
The other 50% will be direct consulting with clients, involving:
- Working with clients and Project managers to understand their requirements and
translate those requirements into well defined user stories and tasks - Providing architecture strategy for complex projects
- Configuration of Planisware modules Project, Resource, Time, Finance, Portfolio,
Reporting & Dashboards - Deliver migrations of existing legacy data solutions to Planisware
- Build Integrations between Planisware and other applications
- Setup data extracts from Planisware based on end user request
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems, Software Design, or IT preferred, Bachelor's (Required)
- Experience: Enterprise software: 5 years (Required) Planisware: 3 Years (Required)
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming & iOS/OSX
- Experience with relational databases and database/server administration
(UNIX/Linux) - Experience and proficiency working with project management software
- Knowledge of a scripting language (e.g. PHP, JavaScript)
- 5 years of Planisware implementation experience on version P5, P6 and P7
- Experience in the design and coding of complex software with demonstrated
expertise in development involving Planisware objects like OPX2Scripts, PEX
Reports, Workflows, Macros, Cost Tables, Curves, Alerts, Locks, Formulas,
Attributes, IEF, Web Services and other connectors - Experience of Planisware version upgrades, maintenance pack upgrades,
deployment objects/processes, monitoring/troubleshooting Planisware services - Quick learner, self-motivated, efficient multi-tasker, and team player with excellent
oral and written communication required to handle customer communication and
reporting - Interest and experience working in projects for Manufacturing, Aviation, Finance,
Life Science industries - Open to travel to Germany for training or yearly meetings
